Ainsworth State Park is beautiful. Everything in the Columbia River Gorge is beautiful. This is definitely an area worth seeing it and Ainsworth is a very convenient place to stay while you do.
Armitage Park is small but beautiful. It is located close to the heart of Eugene which makes it a great place to stay if you want to explore the city of Eugene.
Beachfront RV is located right on a dog-friendly beach. There really isn’t anything else positive to say about the place.
Although it’s disappointing that dogs can’t go on any of the trails at Hendy Woods, we will still definitely go back. Even though we primarily stay at camp, the kids always have an amazing time here. Just being around the trees, getting to climb on logs, riding bikes around, and exploring nature is enough to keep them busy.
Beach campground is beautiful and right on a dog-friendly beach. The small sites right near your neighbors are worth it for the amazing views and easy beach access.
Manchester Beach is filled with nostalgia for me. I’ve been camping here for decades. It doesn’t offer much seclusion but it makes up for it in convenience, family-friendly fun, and beautiful views.
We had fun spending family time together. But, our favorite campgrounds either have large campsites or dog-friendly trails. That way, there’s enough to keep the kids busy right at camp. This campground had neither.
We love how convenient this campground is. It’s small and you can see your neighbors but it’s worth it. There’s space to roam in your campsite, you can walk to a beautiful trail, and you can bring your dog everywhere!
MacKerricher State Park has spacious campsites that feel private. There are plenty of trails and beach access directly from the park. Nearby there are more beaches, more trails, a spectacular garden, and delicious craft beer.
